GAME USER EXPERIENCE

This study employs eye-tracking technology to scrutinize the intricacies of visual guidance in the 3D game "Stray." The results of the study suggest that lighting, signifiers, and scene object placement are indeed effective factors in guiding subjects' vision in the video game scenes. In addition, these environmental features affect the player's behavior by interfering with and influencing the player's judgment during the level puzzle solving process.

This collaborative effort focuses on playtesting a yet-to-be-released game named Clicker Guardian. My contributions to the project spanned various facets, including the design of the test protocol, gathering data, conducting interview, coding the Think aloud material, analyzing the collected data, and proposing enhancements to the game drawing on insights gleaned from the data analysis.
