In this project, our goal was to distill the quintessential elements of Doom into a board game, providing players with a comparable experience to the video game in a tabletop format. My primary role involved the design and calculation of numbers and balance, focusing on balance among enemies, weapons, and map design. Our efforts culminated in an asymmetric, turn-based strategy game set on a hex-grid, designed to offer a seamless transition from screen to tabletop while preserving the intense gameplay experience.
